Employees can enjoy a convenient and worry-free meeting experience with the One-Touch Join feature, fully focusing on the meetings without the distress by technical problems.
Achieving meeting equity with the utilization of existing audiovisual equipment
Arec CI-22H PTZ Conferencing Camera is installed to replace the existing camera, supporting 340°rotation, a 120°tilt range, and 20x zoom with auto focus capability, it allows every participant can be caught in the frame. Reusing the 2 pieces of Shure MXA910 Ceiling Array Microphone, its Steerable Coverage™ Technology can be configured up to 8 separate pick-up lobes to capture high quality participant audio from overhead, ensuring every word can be captured to keep a smooth communication. Both Arec camera and Shure ceiling microphones are always ready to start the meeting with the One-Touch Join feature.
The existing WolfVision Cynap is also reused, users not only can share their contents from their devices for collaboration, but also can host web meetings using any web conferencing service directly from their own laptop. The Crestron control system is re-programmed with a more user-friendly interface, all the in-room audiovisual equipment can be controlled and managed with the existing control panel and App iPad.
